How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Desperateangeles Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What you can raise with us
You may contact us about any of the following:
- How your call or contact with Desperateangeles Heating & Air went
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
If the issue is with a provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps us keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Please understand that Desperateangeles Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Sending your complaint
Email contact@desperateangeles.property and include these details:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After you write
We send an email to confirm we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which can include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If you are still unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
