Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Desperateangeles Heating & Air wants everyone to be able to use desperateangeles.property, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that goal. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What we are aiming for
We want the site to work for as many people as we can reach. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a standard many websites follow.
Steps we take
To support access, we try to:
- Use clear headings and a logical page layout
- Add text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Make the site workable with a keyboard alone
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple words
- Label every form field clearly
Where we fall short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Content from third parties, such as embedded tools or services, may be outside our control. We look over the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other ways to get help
If something on the site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@desperateangeles.property and we will do our part to assist.
Tell us what you found
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible the site is. Please email contact@desperateangeles.property and share:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected instead
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We read each message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work that keeps going
Accessibility is never finished. As we update this site, we will keep it in mind and keep improving.
